"BELIEVE" might be delayed til Summer

A new Hollywood Reporter interview with Scooter Braun  reveals that Justin wants everything to be perfect before the album is released.

Although Justin has tweeted about working on Believe as far back as May, he speaks in some interviews as if work hasn't even begun on the album, so perhaps some early tracks were scrapped. Justin recently told MTV that he wants to try out different styles and see what works.
